Quiet days and dreamy afternoons at the former Motel Xenia Karteros at the beach, in Heraklion, Crete. It is composed of several bungalows around a patio on a land of about 84.5 square meters with close proximity to the sea. It remains one of the most beautiful buildings in the world, despite the more than obvious decay. It has won preserved status since 2008. The story of its creator is extremely poignant and tragic. He considered that building as one of his best works. The red walls make an elegant reference to the Minoan culture.
