For many years the former fertilizer plant in Drapetsona has been used as an unauthorized theme park for urban explorers and for dog owners looking for a slightly different place to walk their pets. Its radical redevelopment is now underway: it will continue to exist as a theme park but will be safer as buildings will be maintained and alterations will be made in order to take advantage of the now wasteland that surrounds them.
